Hey Everyone!!!!!!!

Hope you all were able to watch General Conference and be able to add to your glass. I Loved watching it so much being able to spiritually grow and have questions to my answers answered!

I love this and I feel like this was through out General Conference. I feel like all of the talks came back to the Savior and becoming like him! It's really cool because lately I have been studying about becoming more like Christ/ having more Charity. This week President Blatter had us read this talk from Brad Wilcox https://speeches.byu.edu/talks/brad-wilcox_his-grace-is-sufficient/

I love these quotes from that talk "A life impacted by grace eventually begins to look like Christ's life....Grace isn't just about being saved. It is also about becoming like the Savior." And then it is referring to the scripture Moroni 7:44-48

"44 If so, his faith and hope is vain, for none is acceptable before God, save the meek and

lowly in heart; and if a man be meek and lowly in heart, and confesses by the power of the

Holy Ghost that Jesus is the Christ, he must needs have charity; for if he have not charity he is

nothing; wherefore he must needs have charity.

45 And charity suffereth long, and is kind, and envieth not, and is not puffed up, seeketh not her

own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil, and rejoiceth not in iniquity but rejoiceth in the

truth, beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.

46 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, if ye have not charity, ye are nothing, for charity never

faileth. Wherefore, cleave unto charity, which is the greatest of all, for all things must fail.

47 But charity is the pure love of Christ, and it endureth forever; and whoso is found possessed

of it at the last day, it shall be well with him.

48 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, pray unto the Father with all the energy of heart, that ye may

be filled with this love, which he hath bestowed upon all who are true followers of his Son, Jesus

Christ; that ye may become the sons of God; that when he shall appear we shall be like him, for

we shall see him as he is; that we may have this hope; that we may be purified even as he is pure.

Amen."

So I love this so much and realized that I can always have more Charity and if I don't I'm nothing because Charity is everything! So with me studying these things Conference was awesome because that is exactly what a lot of talks were about -Charity! Even President Monson Talked about Charity!

Well I loved this talk a lot because ya as a missionary and even in life we need to follow the promptings of the spirit! and I know I tend to 2nd guess it especially when it seems dumb or weird and I don't want my companion to realize how crazy I am. and so I hesitate! But I shouldn't do that I know when I listen a lot of times cool things happen and I'm so thankful I listened, and sometimes I listen but don't understand why. and sometimes I don't listen and will never know why I needed to do something.

Then I loved this talk and it is cool because he was a mission president in the Washington Seattle mission and that is pretty close to Tacoma. I loved how he talked about looking up and smiling in the rain and fill your mouth with water and then to just go forth and talk to everyone!

Well I liked a lot of other talks but these are just a few of them.
