Why Hello Everyone!!!!!!
Well it was a great week!!!!! Our investigator Tony was
married this week to Kelly who is a recently returning less active and they are
so happy! Jennifer is doing so great as well!!! She is so happy and loves
coming to church! This member has been so great for Jennifer they have had
similar experiences and it is so awesome!
I had a really cool experience when we were at a less
actives house teaching her a lesson. She had a lot of questions about blacks
not being able to receive the priesthood and gay marriage etc. And she was
really frustrated because she has loved having us come over but this
information is a make or break for her. So we were trying to answer her
questions and this scripture in Nephi kept coming to my head, but I couldn't
find it. Then she pointed out that there weren't any colored people in the
pamphlet, but I was able to point one out to her. After that I looked down and
found the scripture, it was really cool. 1 Nephi 11:17
17 And I said unto him: I know that he loveth his children;
nevertheless, I do not know the meaning of all things.
So I told her that I don't know the meaning of why
everything had to happen either. But I do know that God loves her, so she is
going to pray about it but it was a tender mercy to me about how God helps us
with even the little things.
